  • As a new patient, you are ready for change and motivated by the idea of new possibilities. You show a desire to be involved in your health transformation and are ready to implement recommendations.

    The intake process is comprehensive as it is important to know just as much about your biography as your biology.

    Kirsten takes her time to get to know all about you to create a plan as unique and individual as you.

    You will be provided with quick responses to your questions and needs to help you feel supported and nurtured through every step of the process.

  • In most cases, all new clients begin with a 90 minute initial consultation over a two-day period.

    This appointment is an hour-long fact-finding session where you and Kirsten will have an in-depth conversation to assess your current health status and health goals. The second appointment will be 30 minutes long and within one week of your first appointment. During this appointment, we will go over findings from your first appointment, intake paperwork, and lab panels and you will receive your fully personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

    Supplements may be recommended , which can vary greatly in price as everyone leaves with their own personalized treatment plan and no one plan is the same as another.

    Follow-up appointments are generally 30-45 minutes in length.

  • A missed or cancelled appointment without at least 24 hours will be charged the full visit price. If you need to reschedule, kindly contact Kirsten at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
